About Us

The long-term care field is one of the largest and fastest growing in the country. This informational website was developed by the Columbia-Willamette Workforce Collaborative and a panel of long-term care providers to help shed light on this vital field, share the benefits of working in long-term care, and bring employers and job seekers together.

The panel includes private and non-profit employers that offer long-term care in a variety of settings which include assisted living, in-home, nursing homes, adult family homes, home health agencies and other facilities providing medical care and services for children and adults living with chronic health problems.

WorkSource centers offer additional resources for job seekers including support looking for suitable work, job training opportunities and skill development programs.
